central location spacious room modern design
the location was central to many attractions i walked to temple bar easily i found the room spacious and well kept it had a modern design the complimentary coffee and water in the room were a nice touch
the street noise was noticeable at night

The staff was AMAZINGLY helpful! i needed directions to the car park, and someone actually hopped in my car to guide me. the restaurant had delicious cocktails. i HIGHLY recommend the steak. It was cooked to perfection.
the hotel is on a VERY busy street. it has many bars and restaurants, which i knew. i was not prepared for the noise at night in my room at the back of the hotel. the noise from the street was UNBEARABLE into the early hours.

street noise lack of soundproofing
the breakfast was acceptable.
The noise levels were unacceptable . I could clearly hear street noise all night. it disrupted my sleep , and i found the lack of soundproofing very frustrating. i expected better from a hotel in this price range.

a satisfactory stay
plentiful choices friendly staff warm water deactivating keycard
The breakfast options were good. i especially appreciated the hot and plentiful choices. the staff were very friendly. They was to enjoy their work and meeting people.
The shower only ran warm water. the sink had hot water, but the shower temperature fluctuated. my keycard kept deactivating. This happened four times in less than 24 hours, even when kept away from my phone.
